Revisit

Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses Revisit: businesses with an account, and customers who book through a business's Revisit page. Revisit is run by Lucas Kamdoum, [postal address in Malta] (“we”). Contact: [contact email].

If you book through a Revisit page

If you have a business account

The service

Revisit gives you a booking page, an agenda, and messages prepared at the right time (confirmations, reminders, review requests and “come back” messages) that you send from your own WhatsApp.

Price

Revisit is free during the pilot. If we introduce a paid plan, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you will never be charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Your account

Messages you send

Your customers' data

You are responsible for your customers' data (the data controller). We handle it only to provide Revisit to you (as your data processor): we keep it confidential, never use it for anything else, never sell it, and delete it when you delete it or close your account. When a customer asks you to erase their data, delete them from the Customers tab. The details are in our Data Processing Agreement, which you accept when you set up your business, and in our Privacy Policy.

Fair use

Do not use Revisit to send spam, to break the law, or to try to reach data that is not yours.

Availability

Revisit is in pilot: we do our best to keep it running and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve or change features over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed appointment or lost income, nor for messages you send. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using Revisit at any time and ask us at [contact email] to close your account and delete all your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after warning you when possible.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and disputes go to the courts of Malta. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights your local law gives you.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Businesses with an account are told by email about any important change.
